2cucharadasaceite de olivaextra virgen, o aceite vegetal neutro

Instrucciones
Lava las coles de Bruselas con agua corriente.
Retira las hojas exteriores sucias, luego corta la parte inferior de cada col de Bruselas. Luego córtalas a lo largo.
Combina el vinagre balsámico, el jugo de limón, el aceite de oliva, el jarabe de arce, el ajo, la sal y la pimienta.
Coloca las coles de Bruselas en una bolsa tipo ziplock y vierte la marinada.
Con las manos, masajea la bolsa para asegurarte de que todos los brotes estén completamente cubiertos con la marinada.
Refrigera y deja marinar durante al menos 4 horas o toda la noche.
Horno
Precalentar el horno a 425 ºC (218 ºF) durante 10 minutos.
Transfiere las coles de Bruselas marinadas a una bandeja para hornear forrada, sazona con sal y pimienta y asa durante 15 minutos volteándolas a la mitad después de 8 minutos para asegurarte que el calor se distribuya uniformemente a todas las coles de Bruselas.
Freidora de aire
Precalienta la freidora a 375 ºF (190 ºC), de acuerdo con las instrucciones del fabricante (para mi freidora, son 3 minutos de precalentamiento).
Cubre la canasta con papel pergamino.
Coloca las coles de Bruselas boca abajo y enciende la freidora.
Cocina por 5 minutos; retire la cesta y revuélvelos para garantizar una cocción uniforme. Cocina por otros 5 minutos y verifica si las coles de Bruselas están crujientes y casi listas.Si es necesario, continúa cocinando durante otros 2 a 4 minutos mientras revisas y agitas la canasta con frecuencia para asegurar una textura crujiente.
